标题单词首字母大写实现
由中文翻译而来的英文通常不区分大小写，但在标题中，部分单词需要首字母大写。例如，“help and feedback”中，“help”和“feedback”的首字母应大写。
传统的 text-transform: capitalize 无法满足需求，因为它会将所有单词的首字母大写，包括连词“and”。
