Oracle 11gR201创建数据库时遭遇ORA-19202和ORA-31154的错误

今天在使用dbca创建数据库时，在进度条为61%的地方出错了，出现了XML文件解析错误的情况：

而且很奇怪的一个问题是，我之前在这台服务器上已经创建过两个使用ASM的数据库了，都没有问题，唯一不同的地方就是支持创建的数据库使用的文件系统。

于是在MOS上查了一下，发现这是Oracle在11.2.0.1里面的一个Bug 9242171，在11.2.0.2里面已经修复，不过还好有相应的补丁p9242171。

把补丁打上去就好了，忽然觉得Oracle11g好的Bug啊，哎！
