解决办法：
按照oracle官方文档，需要增加挂载参数
mount -t nfs -o rw,bg,hard,rsize=32768,wsize=32768,vers=3,nointr,timeo=600,tcp,actimeo=0 192.168.0.200:/vol/oraclenfs /oracle
具体挂载参数需要参考官方文档，每个版本是不一样的。
