学习php时，会借助apache访问*php,但访问不了文件夹

学习php时，能借助apache访问*.php,但访问不了文件夹
学习php时，能借助apache访问*.php,但访问不了文件夹，比如访问localhost,就会显示如下信息：

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Apache/2.0.59 (Win32) PHP/5.1.6 Server at localhost Port 80

但访问localhost/test.php就可以，在网上也查了别人的解决办法

    Options FollowSymLinks
    AllowOverride None
    Order deny,allow
    Deny from all

这里改成

    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
    AllowOverride None


按照上面改了后，问题还是没解决，
