菜鸟求救,重装wamp后出现错误：configured -- resuming normal operations
系统环境：win7 64位旗舰版
之前装过wamp，都是正常的。
后面由于代码和数据库更新后出问题，卸载掉wamp后再重装后就一直有该错误。
phpstudy也试过，还是该错误。
vc库都有装。
