单独运行 captcha.php 看看

1、确保 captcha.php 无 BOM 头
2、确认字体文件真实存在

我前2天刚好也看到过这个code代码，调试过。。应该是字体路径问题
'/font/elephant.ttf

弄好了，ValidateCode.class.php和captcha.php同时改为无BOM头，字体文件也要注意
