在学习SpringMVC时，eclipse创建动态web项目
创建config（source folder）和src同级
在config目录下创建配置文件springmvc.xml，并在web.xml中加载

项目run as-》run configuration

报错：

run as -》 run configuration
配置classpath，添加project
还是报找不到springmvc.xml in classpath
