This handle represents the connection to the queue manager.

selectors Array of attribute selectors.
intAttrLength Count of integer attributes.
intAttr Array of integer attributes.
charAttrLength Length of character attributes buffer.
charAttr Character attributes.
compCode Completion code.
reason Reason code qualifying the compCode.
